From the sign-in sheet to a finished F6, without the retyping.
Attendees sign in on their own phones with their DPSST number. You watch the roster fill, fix hours, and export a completed F6 ready to file.
Sign-Ins: Patrol Rifle Qualification
5Four steps, and the paperwork is done when class ends.
- Step 1

Export F6
Your own site, with your name on it.
Its own address
Each agency has its own site, like youragency.thef6.com, and its own records. No other agency can see them.
Your logo and color
Your badge and name on the sign-in page, on phones' home screens, and on links you text to attendees.
People and roles
Admins run the site, instructors run classes, and viewers can look without changing anything.
Combined F6s
Pull records from several classes onto one F6 when that's how you file them.
F6 archive and reports
Every F6 you've made, and each person's training hours by DPSST number, ready when someone asks.
Nightly backups
Records are backed up every night and stay viewable whatever happens to your license.
Use it for real, for a month.
The trial is the full product on your own site. Run your actual classes and file the F6s it makes.
- Length
- 30 days from your first sign-in, or 10 F6s, whichever comes first.
- Your F6s
- Real, unmarked F6s you can file. Exporting one again after a correction doesn't count twice.
- When it ends
- New classes and new F6s stop. Everything you recorded stays viewable.
